Our practice covers all aspects of family law and serves Los Angeles County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County, including areas such as Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Simi Valley, Oxnard, Moorpark, Long Beach, Culver City, Torrance, Norwalk, Pomona, Van Nuys, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Cerritos, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Ontario, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, and the Moreno Valley.

At Castellanos & Associates, APLC, each attorney strives to be accessible and proactive with respect to your legal matter. We understand that while any legal matter can be difficult, coping with your family law matter will be a stressful time in your life and you will need to trust and confide in your legal representatives. At our firm an attorney will be available to speak to you regarding your legal matter either at the time you place your initial call to our office, or an attorney will return your call or arrange a telephone conference later that same day.

While we apply our skills and expertise to successfully handling your divorce or child custody or support issues, please be aware that the scope of our practice is diverse and that we also effectively deal with adoptions, whether your adoption is classified as independent, relative, adult, or a stepparent adoption, guardianships, domestic partnerships, and surrogacy contracts.
We offer a free consultation to discuss your legal matter and in some cases we can accommodate evening and weekend appointments. At Castellanos & Associates, APLC, we hope to provide you with solutions and a better understanding on how to proceed with your family law matter.
In an effort to provide the Southern California community with access to competent and affordable legal services, we invite you to speak to one of our attorney’s regarding any “unbundled” or self-help legal services available to you to help reduce costs when it is appropriate and to ensure you have competent guidance with respect to your case despite any financial constraints you may be facing. After careful consultation with one of our attorneys, should you elect not to have full representation it may be possible to obtain legal services through our offices (i.e., document preparation) for certain aspects of your case.
For example, we can attend a court hearing you prepare the legal work for, or we can prepare your legal documents so you can attend the hearing on your own. We believe unbundled legal services can be a cost effective way of handling your matter. However, the use of unbundled legal services is not right for everyone. At your initial consultation, we can explain both methods of legal representation and advise you as to whether your case could be effectively handled in this manner.
